Yes! If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your Permalink site. If not, we’ll help you choose and register a custom domain (e.g., yourname.com) at no extra cost.
Absolutely. Our Premium Identity plan includes full copywriting support. We also offer optional add-ons for content writing and strategy sessions, even for lower-tier plans.
Most sites are delivered within 7–14 days after we receive your content. Premium plans may take slightly longer due to custom branding and copywriting support.
Yes. All sites are built on user-friendly platforms. You can request a walkthrough or choose a monthly maintenance add-on if you’d prefer we handle updates for you.
You’ll receive a renewal reminder. If you want to continue, we’ll help you renew at a flat annual fee, or you can transfer everything to your own provider — you fully own your site.
Yes. Blogs, newsletter integrations, and more can be added at any time as your needs grow. They’re already included in our Premium Identity plan.
Due to the nature of the service (custom work and domain costs), we don’t offer refunds. However, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy with the final product.
